Ukraine's human rights commissioner Dmytro Lubinets told the Espresso channel: "We are finalising the last details to secure the truce and the evacuation of all those who wish to leave Oleshky for territory controlled by the Ukrainian government." About 6,000 civilians, including about 200 children, may still be in the area. No agreement has been announced yet.
